After the optimism of yesterday’s post about the state of the employment market, here’s a bout of realism from the latest unemployment stats. The latest news on the IT employment market, from the Labour Market Outlook report from the CIPD and KPMG. What do if you’ve left University with an awesome degree but subsequently failed to land that dream job. We’re not normally that interested in the various ways in which the Recruitment industry dishes out awards to itself. That’s why, frankly, we couldn’t be bothered even mentioning the Recruiter Awards for Excellence this year. We can tell you that lots of awards were won by some companies. Great. When we started the blog, we PROMISED we wouldn’t post job adverts up here.
