Tip I 老生常谈－简历仍是敲门砖
在我们庞大的跨国简历库中，越来越多的华人求职者跃入其中。我可以说这些被我们录入数据库的简历是比较亮眼的，但有更多申请人因为简历不够出色而被判予直接出局。当然我们是很尊重每一个求职者的申请，但我们更要保证数据库的质量以及对我们顶级客户的保障。
每天有数千百的简历涌向我们的顾问，坦白的说，对于任何猎头顾问其实预先筛选的耗时是非常之短暂的。如何吸引猎头的眼球？
第一，简洁明了的整体布局
试想如果你是猎头顾问，每天要浏览数千简历－那些在几秒钟内即可找到重点和概览的简历；同那些结构混乱，主要卖点隐藏而不可掠见的简历，如果每份简历你只有10秒钟去决定，是取是舍，毋庸置疑。
第二，文字与语言仍是关键
虽然此文主要献给那些双语求职者，但我要强调的是出色的英文简历其实更能够为你开启一扇成功之门。不论是跨国公司还是跨国猎头，英文仍是最国际化的通用语言。跨国猎头更加看重一份好的英文简历。文法，用词以及语法都是成败与否的关键。如果顾问要花费很多时间去帮助申请人修改简历的错误拼写及语法，猎头本身也会对申请人的后期进程表示担忧。

第三，强调成就好过叙述流水账
很多申请人只是一味的把自己的历史如数家珍一番，其实这样是很难让我们了解你的出众之处的。不妨多叙述你的成就，比如你在多少时间内成功完成了多少的指标，领导了多少人，给公司带来了多少利润等等。这些使人信服的实例好过一味叙述你的职责。
